What is RSS?
RSS is a technique used by more and more news media to broadcast news, features and articles – directly to their readers. The advantage of RSS Feeds is that you can choose what you want to read directly on your own computer without having to surf numerous websites.

To read our RSS Feeds on your own computer you need a so-called newsreader (e.g. Feedreader, RssReader or SharpReader), or you can use the Google Reader.
With a newsreader installed — or using Google Reader online — you're automatically updated when something happens at the Web site you're subscribing to, without needing to visit that Web site.

An RSS Feed can also be used by Webmasters to implement the RSS Feed on their own Web site. This way you as a Webmaster will always be able to offer your own users updated news from ThePlayr and the world of poker.
